Acceptable Use Policy

Use JOLT services lawfully, safely, and in a way that respects others. These rules apply to the public site and Jack; customer agreements may add stricter requirements.

• Do not facilitate illegal activity, exploitation, threats, harassment, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, or evasion of lawful safeguards.
• Do not generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, malware, phishing, weapons instructions intended to cause harm, or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Do not expose another person’s personal, confidential, or privileged information without authority.

• Do not probe, attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not bypass rate limits, blocks, safety controls, or authentication; do not automate high-volume scraping or extraction.
• Do not use Jack outputs or interfaces to train or replicate a competing model or service without written permission.

Do not use Jack as the sole basis for decisions affecting a person’s employment, education admission, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, public benefits, or criminal justice. Licensed or qualified people must remain meaningfully involved where law or professional standards require them.

Do not misrepresent AI output as verified fact or solely human-authored when that would deceive others. Review output before publishing or acting on it, and disclose AI involvement when law, policy, or context requires.

We may warn, rate-limit, block, investigate, preserve flagged records for the stated retention period, or suspend access. Report suspected misuse to discover@joltinnovation.com.
