Website Terms of Use

These Terms govern joltinnovation.com and the JOLT-operated public Jack assistant. By using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Paid consulting, customer-hosted deployments, and student deployments are governed by separate signed agreements, not these website Terms.

The public marketing assistant and demonstration are general-audience services and are not for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use them only if your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf. A child under 13 may use only a separately approved customer or school deployment under the permissions and supervision required by that deployment.

You must use the services lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not attack, overload, scrape at scale, bypass access or safety controls, infringe rights, submit information you lack authority to provide, or use outputs for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Jack is software, not a person. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Verify important information independently. Jack is not legal, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice and must not be used as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person. See our AI Disclosure.

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give JOLT the limited rights needed to process it to operate, secure, and improve the services. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, privileged, or regulated information unless JOLT has expressly agreed in writing to handle it. You may provide feedback about the services. JOLT may use non-confidential feedback without restriction or compensation, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Notice.

The site, branding, software, and original content are owned by JOLT or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the public services for their intended purpose; they do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

The services rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers described in our privacy materials and may link to external sites. JOLT does not control external sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a public service, and may warn, rate-limit, block, or preserve records when reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Texas law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Jolt Innovation Consulting, LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Questions may be sent to discover@joltinnovation.com.
