Who We Are
The people behind the craft

Founder & Lead Education Strategist
With over two decades working across K-12, higher education, and beyond, Jessica has built her career at the intersection of people and possibility. She has worked from the executive table to the front lines, bringing the same level of care, curiosity, and commitment to every level of an organization. Her experience spans instructional framework design, blended learning, adult learning theory, pedagogy, culture building, coaching, and strategic design across some of the most complex and dynamic organizations and structures.
Jessica believes that meaningful change starts with listening. Before anything else, she works to understand where an organization has been, what it has already built, and where it wants to go. No two organizations are the same, and no two relationships are either. Her approach is rooted in partnership over prescription, creating customized experiences that speak directly to an organization's intent, outcomes, and needs. It's important to her that people walk away feeling supported, empowered, and ready to implement something that is built just for them.
Before founding JOLT, Jessica spent a decade as an independent consultant partnering with K-12 and higher education institutions on strategic visioning, long-term roadmaps, and multimedia content development. She continues to bring her work to broader audiences as a speaker and presenter, having taken the stage at the Google Education Leadership Symposium, TEA Blended Learning Conference, TCEA, TASB, and the Charles Butt Foundation.
Co-Founder & Lead Technology Strategist
Andres started in the classroom, not behind a screen. That background shapes everything he builds at JOLT. He knows what it feels like to need a tool that actually works for your day-to-day, and he brings that perspective to every solution.
Andres creates AI-powered tools that leaders across education actually rely on. His work includes document research platforms that give administrators hours back each week, real-time engagement dashboards adopted across dozens of campuses, and AI assistants designed to boost efficiency at scale. His solutions are built to grow with any team or district, turning complex problems into tools people use every day.
Andres is currently completing his Master's in Computer Science at UTRGV, where his research focuses on how humans and AI can work together more effectively. He brings that same curiosity to JOLT, staying ahead of what's next so our clients don't have to.
