Service Provider Categories
Categories of third parties that help JOLT operate its website and services.

How we use service providers
JOLT uses third parties to support the functions described below. For a customer-operated deployment, a provider is a subprocessor only when it processes that customer’s personal data under the applicable agreement. Provider-specific terms, notices, and objection rights, if any, are addressed in the relevant customer agreement.
Cloud hosting, storage, and site delivery
Providers support application infrastructure, data storage, website delivery, reliability, and related security. Information involved may include content, identifiers, technical and security information, and operational records.
AI and content processing
Providers support response generation, information retrieval, content screening, safety, and service routing. Information involved may include submitted content, relevant context, outputs, and limited technical or safety information.
Communications and support
Providers support email delivery, business communications, and responses to inquiries. Information involved may include contact details, correspondence, submitted content, and delivery information.
Analytics, security, and abuse prevention
Providers support aggregate measurement, service protection, misuse detection, and operational monitoring. Information involved may include aggregated usage information, request and activity information, technical identifiers, and security records.
Processing locations
Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they or their own providers operate, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Local browser technology
JOLT uses local browser technology to derive a pseudonymous identifier for security and abuse prevention. The local operation of this technology does not by itself make its publisher a service provider or subprocessor.
Updates and questions
We update these categories when our processing changes materially. We maintain more specific provider information for internal governance, legal review, and customer contracting. Customers with contractual notice or objection rights receive information under their agreement. Questions may be sent to discover@joltinnovation.com.
