Terms for text messages with the JOLT Agent.

The program
The JOLT Agent text messaging program is run by JOLT Innovation Consulting, LLC. The JOLT Agent is a managed AI agent that JOLT provides to its clients. Each client’s agent has its own phone number. The client, and other people the client shares a sign-up link with who sign up themselves, can text and call it.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from the JOLT Agent you signed up with, including replies to your messages, reminders you ask for, and requests for your approval before the agent acts. The messages are written by AI, and the agent identifies itself as an AI.
How you opt in
You opt in yourself, on your own unique sign-up link: clients receive one during onboarding after they purchase, and anyone else receives one only if a client chooses to share it with them. You enter your mobile number and check an optional consent box. Nobody can opt in on your behalf. After you sign up, the agent texts you once to confirm. Reply YES to start; until you do, it sends you nothing else. See SMS Consent for the sign-up screens.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Without it, you can still reach your agent by phone.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how you use the agent. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one text confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or HALT. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer your text messaging consent.
