Jack uses third-party AI and supporting services to process your message and relevant recent context, generate a response, screen activity for safety, and determine how the service should respond. When enabled, supporting services may retrieve information from external sources and provide citations.

Safety systems classify messages and may warn, rate-limit, block, or flag a conversation for review. These controls protect the service. The JOLT-operated public assistant is not intended or configured to make, or be a substantial factor in making, employment, housing, credit, insurance, education-admission, criminal-justice, or similarly significant decisions about individuals.

Jack processes message content, responses, timestamps, pseudonymous identifiers, IP-derived information, a locally derived browser fingerprint, and general browser, device, and network information. See the Privacy Notice for purposes, retention, requests, and customer-deployment roles.

AI outputs can hallucinate, omit context, reflect bias, or become outdated. Citations can be incomplete or misapplied. Independently verify consequential information and involve a qualified human professional where appropriate. JOLT personnel or authorized customer administrators may review conversations for safety, support, and quality.

Do not submit secrets, privileged material, sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use an output.
